	Jolene Oaten Lead Aesthetician Mineral Make Up Artist Design Team Member Jolene is our lead Aesthetician and is certified in microdermabrasion and chemical peels. She is also trained in all aspects of waxing and has worked with clients over the course of her career to assist them with varying skin conditions. Jolene just completed a speed waxing techniques class at The International Dermal Institute. Jolene also does our Aloe Slimming wrap to help you lose inches and our airbrush tanning to give you that sun-kissed look without the harmful effects of tanning beds. Jolene is new to Texas but not o the spa industry having worked at Miraval Life in Balance in Tucson, AZ. She enjoys working with guests to seek the results they desire. Jolene has owned her own business for several years and always strives to exceed customer expectations.


	Hollie Chandler Aesthetician Mineral Make Up Artist Design Team Member Hollie has joined our team of Aestheticians after graduating from the Toni & Guy Academy. She started out as a licensed stylist after graduating but her love and passion since her youth has been skin care. She believes there is a lot of science behind proper skin care and is very passionate about education. Hollie came to That Elegant Touch because she knew our reputation for new technologies, new techniques and continuing education. She knew it was the right fit for her the first time she came into the building. Hollie says, “It was love at first sight.” More than just the beautiful building and the caring atmosphere here, she has found that That Elegant Touch offers the opportunity for growth and long term relationships with clients and co-workers. “I will go above and beyond” says Hollie about customer service. “I want each client to leave my spa room with a smile on their face, knowing that I did an excellent service for them. I want every client to know more about their skin and how to care for it when they leave.” Her hunger for knowledge reflects in every service she does. Hollie is a very friendly and outgoing person who loves her career choice. Hollie is also trained in many of our body services like our hydrating body polish, mud wrap and lemongrass duo. She is currently taking appointments for face and body waxing, facials for teens and adults, makeup application and lessons, as well as airbrush tanning services.
