APPOINTMENTS
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so you may receive your full service and other clients will not be inconvenienced. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment. This will allow you to check in, receive your locker and prepare for your service.

Visit us for a consultation and quotation for any service. Quotations provided over the telephone, will be estimates only. All appointments must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate number.

To ensure you get an appointment with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

RE-DO POLICY
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! For this reason, we have a re-do policy in place. That Elegant Touch has a no-refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please call within 3 business days of your original service to consult with a manager to schedule a consultation for a re-do. All unused products that are returned within 30 days will have the refund amount put on account to use for future services or products. No refunds or exchanges will be given special order items.

TIPS FOR YOUR VISIT
What to bring. What to wear.

If you're getting a pedicure, bring a pair of sandals. Toes take longer to dry than fingers.

Need to get waxing services during your facial appointment? If you forgot to book your facial waxing, let your aesthetician know your needs. If she has time, she will absolutely accommodate you. You never know until you ask.

We will provide a robe, slippers and a locker for your belongings if you are having more than one spa service. If you're getting only one sevice, for example, a facial, then we'll have you change in the room.

Lock your jewelry (rings, watches, diamond earrings, etc.) in the locker. It will be secure. Don't slip it into your robe pocket -- it's too easy to forget!

Please don't bring anything irreplaceable. Large items may not fit in your locker and we can't be responsible for their security. Leave them at home or lock them in your car trunk.

GROUPS
That Elegant Touch is pleased to host group events. Many events including birthday parties, bridal parties and social gatherings can be organized for your group. Please reserve your date as far ahead as possible in order for us to accommodate your desired wishes.

CANCELLATIONS
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for single services. A 48 hour notice is required for any mulitiple service or spa cancellation to avoid your credit card and/or gift certificate being charged for the services booked.

GRATUITIES
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Gratuity envelopes are provided at the check out desk for your convenience. A 15-20% gratuity for exceptional service is customary.

CELL PHONES
So that guests can relax while visiting us, we ask that all cell phones be turned off when entering the salon and spa. If you must take a call in the salon, please speak softly and keep the call to a minimum. If the call interrupts your service provider, your service may be discontinued and you will be responsible for the service. As a courtesy to others, all electronics must be turned off in the spa.

CHILDREN
Please be aware that That Elegant Touch is an adult facility. For the safety and the comfort of other guests, we ask that children not accompany you on your visit. If it is necessary, we ask that children remain in our reception area accompanied by an adult. At no time are children under 12 permitted in the spa area unless they are receiving a service. Our guests expect, and deserve a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while they receive their service. We no longer book children under the age of 5 for services on Saturdays or after 5pm during the week.

FOR YOUR COMFORT
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications that you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated.

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments. Because we are concerned for your health and beauty as well as our environment, our salon and spa are smoke free.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the robe/smocks that are provided.
